Christmas 2019 once again saw over 100 cards and letters of support arrive at Frankland Prison for a truly innocent man.
Robin would like to thank everyone for there continued overwhelming support and visits.
A new application has now been submitted to the CCRC once again containing new evidence. Surely this time success must be ours,they must be running out of lame excuses not to allow truthful progression.
Today sees Robins case appearing in Private Eye, after fantastic hard work from Jane Metcalfe.
The no-nonsense publication has legally reviewed and investigated all the facts given to them and are asking the question,
“As Robin was only convicted of a 10-2 majority verdict and now that the crucial time of death has been undermined,the crime scene & forensic evidence have been shown to have been contaminated, the evidence that he was in financial trouble stealing from the Post Office has been critically undermined.
What would those other Jurors make of the case now??
