Latest Update
Today finds us half way through another year, over 9 years on from the tragic day Diana was killed by post office robbers.
Robin who has wrongfully being convicted of her murder is still being held in Frankland maximum security prison, he has now been in prison for 3346 days for a crime he did not commit.
We attended a miscarriage of justice event last October in Liverpool to try to meet anyone who may be able to help Robin’s case. United in Justice are a wonderful team of lovely people who want to help the families who are fighting for their innocent loved ones who are locked away. The conference was amazing and so emotional hearing all the deeply sad stories of others suffering the same torture. We met some great people and gathered loads of information.Hoping to attend their next one in October 2019.
We have also attended two of the Innovation of Justice conference’s. One last November and also in March this year. Again this is run by some fabulous people who are fighting to help people like Robin. We were given the opportunity of giving a brief talk on Robin’s case in Cardiff and have been invited to speak again at their third conference in London in June.
Robin is working tirelessly on another application to the CCRC and is almost ready to submit it. He has also began working on his case with the University of Manchester MJRC.
Thank you all so much from Robin and all his family for the cards, letters and just never stopping supporting him. We are so very, very grateful.
A special thank you goes out to Jane Metcalfe and her daughter Sam who are two amazing friends.
